Talent toys accepts return or exchange requests from all over the state of Kuwait within 14 days of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n

You can return an item or a complete order if it meets the requirements below<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Both items and their package must be kept in their original conditions.<\/p>\n

- Confirmation of personal identity, the fact of purchase and its conditions (commodity or cash receipt).<\/p>\n

- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.<\/p>\n

- The returned item is not included in the list of non-refundable goods.<\/p>\n

1) Fill in all the fields of the return request form on our website.<\/p>\n

Quality return of goods<\/strong> :<\/strong><\/p>\n

To return high-quality goods, we only reimburse the cost of the goods. The delivery fee is not reimbursed.<\/p>\n

The same works for the partial return of high-quality goods \u2013 the delivery fee will also not be reimbursed.<\/strong><\/p>\n
