Talent toys accepts return or exchange requests from all over the state of Kuwait within 14 days of receipt of the order.

You can return an item or a complete order if it meets the requirements below:

– Both items and their package must be kept in their original conditions.

- Confirmation of personal identity, the fact of purchase and its conditions (commodity or cash receipt).

- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

- The returned item is not included in the list of non-refundable goods.

How to issue a return :

1) Fill in all the fields of the return request form on our website.

3) Choose The Courier arrival time.

Quality return of goods :

To return high-quality goods, we only reimburse the cost of the goods. The delivery fee is not reimbursed.

The same works for the partial return of high-quality goods – the delivery fee will also not be reimbursed.

Return of defective goods :

You can return defective goods with a full refund of the order price and shipping expenses. In case of partial return, shipping expenses are not reimbursed.
